Job Description

Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide exceptional support to a female client in Bel Air through a split shift schedule...Sunday through Saturday 5:30p - 8:30p. This vital role involves assisting with daily activities, ensuring safety, and promoting independence for individuals in various care settings. The ideal candidate will bring energy, empathy, and a proactive approach to caregiving, making a positive impact on the lives of those they serve. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to community well-being while developing your skills in patient care and support. Previous experience with the Pure Wick external cattheter system is highy preferred Responsibilities Assist client with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding as necessary Support medication administration following care plans and HIPAA regulations to ensure privacy and safety Maintain a clean and safe environment through light cleaning and sanitation tasks Use specialized equipment such as Hoyer lift and Pure Wick External Cather System Document care activities accurately, including patient observations, vital signs, and any incidents or changes in condition Skills Previous experience with the Pure Wick external catheter system is highy preferred Proven experience in home & community care, assisted living, nursing homes, or long-term care environments CPR, First Aid required Ability to perform patient monitoring and observe changes in health status attentively Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and healthcare teams Physical ability to perform heavy lifting safely and assist with transfers using equipment like Hoyer lifts Experience working within care plans and supporting patients with complex needs including assisted living or senior care Join us in delivering compassionate caregiving that transforms lives! Pay:
