Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN, Weekends, Evenings, Live-In Opportunities Available Job Summary Dove Home Care Nursing Services LLC is seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Certified Medication Technicians (CMTs) to provide quality in-home care services to elderly individuals, adults with disabilities, and individuals recovering from illness or injury. Team members will assist clients in maintaining their independence, safety, dignity, and quality of life while remaining in the comfort of their homes. Services are provided under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and in accordance with client care plans, agency policies, and Maryland regulations. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPersonal Care Assistance Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene Assist with toileting and incontinence care Assist with transfers, ambulation, and mobility Assist with feeding and meal preparation Assist with oral care and skin care Promote client dignity, independence, and safety Companion and Homemaker Services Provide companionship and emotional support Engage clients in meaningful activities and conversation Perform light housekeeping duties Laundry and linen changes Grocery shopping and errands Accompany clients to appointments and community activities Assist with organization of the client's living environment Medication Assistance (CMTs Only) Administer medications as delegated by a Registered Nurse Document medication administration accurately Monitor for medication side effects and report concerns Follow physician orders and agency medication policies Maintain medication records and MAR documentation Client Monitoring and Documentation Observe and report changes in physical, emotional, or mental condition Document services provided in AxisCare or other agency-approved systems Communicate concerns promptly to supervisors and nurses Follow individualized care plans Maintain accurate and timely documentation Safety and Professionalism Follow infection control and safety procedures Maintain client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations Attend required trainings and meetings Wear agency identification and maintain a professional appearance Follow all Dove Home Care Nursing Services policies and procedures QualificationsCaregiver (No Certification Required) High School Diploma or GED preferred Caregiving experience preferred but not required Ability to provide compassionate care Reliable transportation Ability to pass background checks CNA Requirements Active Maryland CNA certification Current CPR/First Aid certification preferred Reliable transportation Ability to work independently and as part of a team CMT Requirements Active Maryland CMT certification Active CNA certification preferred Current CPR/First Aid certification preferred Experience with medication administration preferred Required Documents Government-issued photo ID Social Security Card or work authorization documents Current CPR certification (preferred) Physical examination TB screening/test Professional references Background check clearance Benefits Ongoing training and support Opportunities for advancement Supportive team environment Meaningful work serving seniors and individuals with disabilities Equal Employment Opportunity and Non-Discrimination Statement Dove Home Care Nursing Services LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
