About the role About the Role We are seeking dedicated and compassionate professionals to join our team at Caring Hands Inc. In this role, you will support individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving greater independence, personal growth, and community integration. You will be part of a team committed to delivering high-quality, person-centered care while maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards. What you'll do Provide direct support and assistance based on individual service plans Promote independence, dignity, and choice in all interactions Assist with daily living activities and community engagement Maintain accurate and timely documentation Follow all organizational policies and regulatory requirements Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure quality care Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Relevant experience in healthcare, human services, or DDA preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor Must meet all state and organizational compliance requirements
