Job Description

Overview We are seeking compassionate, energetic, and dedicated Home Health Aides, Personal Care Assistants, and Caregivers to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional in-home and community-based care to individuals of all ages, including seniors, those with disabilities, and patients requiring specialized support such as dementia or hospice care. Your efforts will directly enhance the quality of life for our clients by delivering personalized assistance with dignity, respect, and professionalism. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support using equipment such as Hoyer lifts when necessary Monitor patient health by observing vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration; document findings accurately in Cleint folder Support medication administration following medical terminology guidelines and HIPAA privacy standards Provide specialized care for clients with dementia or Alzheimer's disease, including memory care techniques and behavioral management strategies Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and ensuring a safe living environment Assist with medical procedures like catheter care, wound care, and hospice support under the supervision of healthcare professionals Maintain detailed medical documentation and records to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards Collaborate effectively with nursing staff and other healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive patient care in home or assisted living settings Use EMR systems proficiently to update patient information and communicate care plans efficiently Support clients' emotional well-being through compassionate communication and engagement Qualifications Previous experience in home health care, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or long-term care environments is highly preferred Knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration protocols, and patient observation techniques Certification in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) is required( Training available upon request); additional certifications such as hospice care or dementia training are a plus Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or disabilities is advantageous Ability to work independently while following detailed care plans and medical instructions Strong interpersonal skills to connect empathetically with clients of diverse backgrounds Join us today to become part of a passionate team dedicated to providing top-tier home health care. Pay:
$16.50 - $21.00 per hour
