Our assisted living home is:

Small Low-acuity Resident-focused Calm and structured There are no call bells nonstop , no high patient ratios , and no heavy clinical workload . This is assisted living support—not nursing care. This role is significantly less physically and mentally demanding than skilled nursing or hospital positions , while still offering stable, consistent pay. This position emphasizes supervision and resident support rather than constant physical labor. About the Role We are hiring caregivers for a state-licensed assisted living home . The role includes daytime resident support for 4 resdients. (CURRENTLY

ONLY 3 RESIDENTS

) No Overnight This is a scheduled shift position , not agency work and not contract work. What You Will Be Doing Resident-Focused Day Support Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) Meal preparation for residents only Medication reminders (not administration unless certified) Light resident-related tidying Calm supervision and interaction Who This Is For Caregivers with assisted living or home care experience CNAs and caregivers seeking a calmer alternative to SNF work Reliable professionals who value routine and stability Requirements Prior caregiving experience preferred Comfortable with overnight on-call presence Background check required!!! CMT and CPR certifications required!!! Physical exam and background clearance English proficiency (spoken and written) Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Reliable, professional, and detail‑focused Schedule & Pay T•HIS
