• Severna Park, MD Sweetbay Assisted Living is a boutique, 10-resident assisted living home in Severna Park, located just off Ritchie Highway behind Chick-fil-A.

We provide personalized care in a calm, residential setting with a low resident-to-staff ratio and 24/7 awake coverage. We are currently hiring experienced CMT/Caregivers for our 3:00 PM-11:00 PM evening shift and 11:00 PM-7:00 AM awake overnight shift . This position is best suited for someone who is dependable, attentive, comfortable with hands-on care, and able to work consistently without transportation or commute issues.

Shifts Available Evening Shift:

PM Awake Overnight Shift:

11:00 PM-7:00 AM Full-time, part-time, and PRN positions may be available. Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, toileting, transfers, mobility, and incontinence care. Administer medications in accordance with Maryland CMT regulations and facility procedures. Monitor residents closely and report changes in condition promptly. Provide hands-on support for residents with varying mobility needs, including one-person and two-person assist as appropriate. Maintain a clean, safe, calm, and organized environment. Complete basic documentation accurately and communicate clearly with management, coworkers, residents, and families. Support a respectful, resident-centered environment in a small assisted living home. Requirements Active Maryland CMT certification is required. Please do not apply if your CMT is not active. Prior caregiver experience in an assisted living, residential care, memory care, long-term care, or similar hands-on care setting is required. Current CPR / First Aid certification is required. CNA or GNA certification is a plus, but not required if you have an active Maryland CMT and strong caregiver experience. Must be able to pass a background check. Must be willing to complete pre-employment requirements, including PPD/TB screening, fit-for-duty documentation, and vaccination records. Must be dependable, professional, attentive to detail, and comfortable working in a small residential assisted living setting. Must have reliable transportation and be able to arrive on time consistently for scheduled shifts. What Makes This Role Different Small, 10-resident setting — not a large facility.
