Now, we're looking for motivated, compassionate, and energetic individuals to join our team. We're hiring second shifts, overnight and per diem support staff to join our 24/7 residential mental health programs. KBH has positions in Augusta, Skowhegan and Waterville. What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting adults living with mental illness in daily life and routines Helping with medication, transportation, and community activities Responding to crisis situations with a calm, supportive approach (training provided) Encouraging independence and building life skills Writing daily progress notes and working as part of a team Occasional mandatory (mandated) shifts may apply during staff shortages
What You Need:
High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle; along with a minimum of $100,000/$300,000 liability and uninsured motorist coverage for potentially transporting clients A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong communication skills CRMA or MHRT/C is a plus

KBH is an eligible employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) that provides workers with qualifying employment and loan payments federal student debt forgiveness after 10 years or 120 monthly payments.
