We're hiring second shifts, overnight and per diem support staff to join our 24/7 residential mental health programs. KBH has positions in Augusta, Skowhegan and Waterville. What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting adults living with mental illness in daily life and routines Helping with medication, transportation, and community activities Responding to crisis situations with a calm, supportive approach (training provided) Encouraging independence and building life skills Writing daily progress notes and working as part of a team Occasional mandatory (mandated) shifts may apply during staff shortages

What You Need:

High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle; along with a minimum of $100,000/$300,000 liability and uninsured motorist coverage for potentially transporting clients A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong communication skills CRMA or MHRT/C is a plus
