at Am Well Assistance Solutions LLC in Old Town, Maine, United States Job Description About the Role We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated individuals to join our team as Personal Support Specialists. In this role, you will provide essential non-medical care to seniors and individuals with disabilities in the comfort of their own homes. Your support helps our clients maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities Personal Care:

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral hygiene.

Mobility Support:

Provide help with walking, transfers (bed to chair), and fall prevention.

Household Support:

Perform light housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, vacuuming, and keeping the living area tidy.

Nutrition:

Assist with meal planning, grocery shopping, and healthy meal preparation according to client dietary needs.

Companionship:

Offer emotional support, conversation, and engagement in social activities or hobbies.

Transportation:

Escort clients to doctor's appointments and help with essential errands.

Reporting:
