Duties Provide attentive supervision and care for children across various age groups, including toddlers and preschoolers. Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills Ensure child safety by adhering to best practices in child supervision and behavior management Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, potty training, and nap times Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to share updates on their child's progress and well-being Implement early childhood education principles to support childhood development milestones Follow mandated reporting laws to report any concerns related to child safety or welfare promptly Experience Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, or nannying roles Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development and behavior management techniques Teaching experience with young children or youth programs enhances your ability to create engaging activities Certification in first aid and CPR is required; ongoing training in early childhood education preferred Familiarity with classroom experience or daycare operations helps ensure smooth daily routines Strong communication skills for effective parent interaction and team collaboration Join us to inspire joy, curiosity, and growth in every child you care for!
