POSITION SUMMARY
Starting Pay:
$16.00 per hour | Weekly Pay | 1-on-1 Home CareNo experience required — paid training provided. Health insurance, PTO, 401(k), and referral bonuses available. Work one-on-one with a client in their home — not a facility. No running between clients. More consistent, manageable shifts. Now hiring in the Auburn area. - Assist clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
- Support mobility, safety, and independence
- Provide companionship and engagement
- Transport clients to appointments or activities when needed
- Observe and report changes in client condition
- Assist with medication reminders and routine care needs Requirements
- Experience preferred but not required
- Compassionate, reliable, and dependable
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable with hands-on care
