We offer positions for 1st shift (8am-4pm), 2nd shift (4pm-12am), and 3rd shift (12am-8am), which may include weekends. While 1 year of experience is preferred, paid training will be provided to ensure your success in the role.IMMEDIATE HIRE
Decatur MI location: Part-time (weekends) 2nd shiftGeneral Duties:
As a Direct Care Staff member, your responsibilities will encompass providing Community Living Support and Personal Care in accordance with individualized service plans.Your role will include:
Offering assistance tailored to individual personal care needs Guiding individuals towards achieving their personal goals through Community Living Support Encouraging appropriate social interactions Engaging individuals in various activities such as reading, letter writing, card games, video games, bowling, movies, shopping, and community events Assisting with meal preparation to ensure nutritious meals are provided Ensuring compliance with Recipient Rights, Community Mental Health, State, and Company policies/procedures Maintaining accurate documentation aligned with each Individual Plan of Service Upholding cleanliness standards within the home and residential areas, with individual assistance Transporting individuals for community activities and shoppingRequirements:
