Whether assisting with daily activities or managing complex health needs, your energy and commitment will make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you serve. Duties Assist residents or clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to ensure comfort and independence Support with medication administration and monitor vital signs following care plans and medical protocols
THIRD SHIFT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR
meal preparation, and ensuring proper nutrition while maintaining safety standards.
BEING A GOOD COOK IS A MUST.
Operate EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems accurately to document care activities and health updates Maintain a clean, safe environment through light cleaning duties and adherence to infection control protocols Collaborate with healthcare teams on care plans, case management, and resident progress updates Respond promptly to emergencies with first aid skills and conflict management techniques while following HIPAA regulations for patient privacy Join us in making a positive impact through caring support that empowers individuals to live their best lives.
