Position Summary We are seeking caring, dependable, and patient individuals to join our team as Caregivers. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate assistance to elderly and disabled clients by supporting their daily living activities, ensuring their safety, and promoting a comfortable and nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support. Administer and document medications according to care plans and physician instructions. Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when necessary. Support clients with daily routines and encourage independence whenever possible. Monitor and report changes in clients' physical, emotional, or mental conditions. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Accompany clients to appointments and community activities as needed. Accurately document care provided and communicate important information to supervisors. Collaborate effectively with families, healthcare professionals, and fellow team members to ensure continuity of care. Demonstrate strong communication skills and maintain professional, respectful relationships with clients and their loved ones. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in caregiving, home health care, or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of medication administration and basic personal care techniques. Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a strong commitment to client well-being. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. CPR and First Aid certification (preferred). Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (preferred). Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients safely when required.
