Location:
Early Start Childcare Position Overview Early Start Childcare is seeking a nurturing and dependable Evening Infant & Toddler Caregiver to support our youngest learners during afternoon and evening hours. This role focuses on providing a safe, engaging, and comforting environment while implementing planned activities, prepare children for pick up, preparing the classroom for the next day. Key Responsibilities Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care for infants and toddlers Implement evening activities and routines as assigned by leadership Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment Complete end-of-day classroom cleaning and preparation for the following day Support children with meals, diapering, toileting, and pickup/departure Communicate professionally with supervisors and team members Occasionally assist with closing down the building alongside the evening supervisor, as assigned Qualifications Experience working with infants and toddlers preferred Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate practices Reliable, punctual, and able to work evening hours Ability to follow schedules, routines, and assigned tasks Must meet state childcare licensing requirements What We Offer Supportive team environment Consistent evening schedule Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in early childhood
