Full Job Description Home Care Coordinator Location:
Detroit, Michigan At Peace Healthcare Agency is currently seeking a compassionate, organized, and dependable Home Care Coordinator to join our growing team in Detroit, Michigan. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating client care services, supporting caregivers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the agency. Responsibilities Coordinate caregiver schedules and client assignments Communicate with clients, families, and caregivers regarding care needs and scheduling updates Assist with client intake, onboarding, and service coordination Monitor caregiver attendance, performance, and compliance requirements Maintain accurate client and employee records Support recruitment, onboarding, and training processes Ensure quality care and client satisfaction Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and administrative tasks Assist management with daily office operations Qualifications Previous experience in home care, healthcare coordination, or office administration preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of scheduling systems and Microsoft Office preferred Compassionate and professional demeanor High school diploma or equivalent required; healthcare-related experience is a plus Benefits Competitive pay Supportive team environment Opportunities for career growth Paid training Flexible scheduling Schedule Full-time Monday to Friday Weekend or on-call availability as needed How to Apply Interested applicants are encouraged to submit their resume and contact information for consideration.
