Responsibilities As an In-Home Caregiver, you may assist clients with: Personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene Toileting and incontinence care Mobility assistance and safe transfers Meal planning and preparation Medication reminders Light housekeeping and laundry Transportation to appointments, errands, and grocery shopping Companionship and meaningful conversation Encouraging participation in activities and hobbies Monitoring changes in a client's physical or emotional condition and reporting concerns Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment

Qualifications:

Compassionate, dependable, and patient Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to treat every client with dignity and respect Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if transportation is required) Ability to pass background screening and meet company hiring requirements Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not always required—we provide training for individuals with a genuine passion for caring for others.
