In this role, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Monitor clients' health and report any changes to the supervising nurse or family members. Help with mobility and transfers to prevent falls and injuries. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for clients. Follow care plans and adhere to company policies and procedures. Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Reliable transportation to and from the job location. Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
