Job Overview:

Community Home and Health Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Group Home Caregivers. As a Group Home Caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to clients in their homes and communities, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others. Currently, there is 4 positions available.

It is as follows:

(2) Full-Time afternoon shift Shifts are from 4:00 p.m.

• 12:00 a.m. 40 hours a week (1) Full-Time midnight shift Shifts are from 12:00 a.m.
• 8:00 a.m. 40 hours a week (1) Part-Time float shift Shifts are from 8:00 a.m.
• 4:00 p.

m. or 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. 24-32 hours a week

Duties:

• Provide personal care services to clients, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and document medication administration accurately
• Assist with meal preparation and ensure clients' nutritional needs are met
• Perform housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
• Engage in social activities with clients to promote companionship and mental stimulation
• Monitor and record vital signs as required
