Job Responsibilities Provide direct care and support to clients in various settings as needed. Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Monitor and document client health and behavior changes, reporting any concerns to the appropriate personnel. Administer medication and follow care plans as directed by healthcare professionals. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, including light housekeeping tasks. Support clients in developing social skills and participating in community activities. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure coordinated care. Adapt to different client environments and needs, providing consistent quality care. Attend and participate in staff meetings and training sessions to maintain knowledge and skills. Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 1 year experience in direct care or related field Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow care plans and document progress accurately Basic knowledge of health and safety standards Physical ability to assist with client mobility and personal care CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Ability to pass background checks and drug screening Compassionate and patient demeanor Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and situations Compensation details: 17.13 Hourly Wage PIf4dd48fd7ceb-25404-38079260
