Job Description

Job Summary:
Mama T's AFC is a small 5 resident home. We are seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional who can provide care and support to high behavior individuals in need. The ideal candidate will assist residents with daily activities, medication administration, and ensure their well-being in an Adult Foster Care setting.
Duties:
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Administer medications following proper protocols
  • Monitor vital signs and report any changes
  • Provide emotional support to residents
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
  • Respect and uphold resident rights and dignity
  • Support residents with various needs
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills and empathy towards residents.
Available position : 40 hours per week: 1st shift (6a-2p) and 2nd shift (2p-10p) including every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals in need of care.
