Duties Assist residents or clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts or resident's personal assistive devices Monitor patient health by taking vital signs, observing changes in condition, and reporting findings to healthcare professionals promptly Administer medications following care plans and HIPAA regulations to ensure safety and compliance Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary Maintain cleanliness of living spaces through regular cleaning and sanitation practices to promote a healthy environment Support patients with memory care needs, including dementia or Alzheimer's care, utilizing specialized techniques for safety and comfort Document care activities accurately in compliance with healthcare standards and assist in developing or updating personalized care plans Provide emotional support and companionship to foster social interaction and mental well-being for residents or clients Skills Proven experience in home caregiving.
