Part-Time & Full-Time | Starting at $21.05/hr | Paid Training & Paid Sick Time We're looking for a thoughtful, reliable, and emotionally intelligent woman to join a support team for a bright young woman with a physical disability who communicates using an eye-gaze device. This isn't a job built around routines—it's a job built around a person. You'll build a meaningful relationship while supporting communication, community involvement, creative interests, daily living, and personal care. Every day is different, and your judgment, curiosity, and presence matter. We're looking for someone who is: Dependable and committed to showing up Kind, emotionally mature, and an excellent communicator Interested in building a long-term relationship Organized, adaptable, and thoughtful Experience in psychology, education, healthcare, therapy, social work, or related fields is welcome, but character and reliability matter more than your résumé.
