As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to our clients, helping them with daily activities and enhancing their quality of life. This role requires empathy, reliability, and a strong commitment to client well-being. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Support clients with meal preparation and feeding as needed. Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental and emotional well-being. Assist with light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment. Monitor and document client health and report any changes to healthcare professionals. Follow care plans and communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members. Requirements Previous experience in personal support or home care is preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation to and from client locations.
