Our overnight team plays a critical role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of the individuals we serve. What We're Looking For:

What You'll Be Doing:
As a 3rd Shift Direct Care Staff member, your primary responsibility is maintaining a safe, clean, and supportive environment while residents rest. Conduct routine resident safety and wellness checks throughout the night Assist residents with overnight needs, including personal care and toileting assistance when necessary Administer and document medications scheduled during overnight hours Complete required documentation, logs, and shift reports accurately Monitor the home for safety concerns and respond appropriately to emergencies Perform housekeeping duties including cleaning common areas, kitchens, bathrooms, and resident rooms as assigned Complete laundry tasks and prepare linens for the upcoming day Assist with meal preparation and morning setup for residents and day shift staff Ensure the home remains organized, stocked, and ready for the next shift Communicate important information to incoming staff during shift handoff
