CHAMPS Registration Training Requirements :

CLS, MORC or Wayne Center DCW Training Accepted DWIHN Recipient Rights Face-Face Training DWC (Formerly

VCEONLINE

) Training CPR and FA Certification through American Red Cross or American Heart Association AFC Licensing Food Safety Training •If you do not have previous training, we will set up classes for you once hired in. Working in the home you will be expected to do the following: Arrive to work as scheduled and be punctual Perform all required tasks and assignments per shift Handle yourself in a professional manner at all times Work with others, creating a Team atmosphere Create a warm and inviting environment for consumers, while also treating consumers with Dignity and Respect Handle yourself in a professional manner at all times while on the job Complete household chores: dusting, sweeping, mopping, cleaning windows, mirrors, knick-knacks, laundry, dishes, cooking, etc...

Complete outdoor chores:

maintain flower bed areas, remove litter form yard, rake leaves, keep walkways clear of debris / snow, etc.. list not all inclusive

Community Based Tasks:

transport to / from activities of consumer choice in community, medical appointments and ER appointments as needed

Consumer Based Tasks:

toileting, bathing, medication administration, in-house activities, daily progress documentation on goals, etc...
