Caregiver

Responsibilities Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor residents health by checking vital signs Support medication administration following care plans and HIPAA regulations to ensure privacy and safety Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing personal spaces Observe and document patients' conditions, behaviors, and progress to inform care plans and communicate updates to healthcare professionals Use specialized equipment like Hoyer lifts/ Sit to Stands to assist with transfers safely while practicing proper heavy lifting techniques Requirements Proven experience in home health, assisted living, nursing home settings, or group homes with a focus on senior or disability care Knowledge of patient observation techniques, medication administration, and vital signs monitoring Certifications such as CPR, First Aid, or HIPAA compliance are highly desirable Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or memory care needs Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and provide compassionate support to clients Flexibility to work various shifts including days, evenings, weekends or overnight shifts as needed Join us in making a positive impact! $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
