The ideal candidate will be committed to enhancing the quality of life for the resident/clients by providing personalized care with professionalism and empathy. This role involves assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), medication reminders, and supporting individuals with dementia, or other special needs. Prior experience in long-term care, memory care, or home care is highly valued. Candidates should be prepared to work in a dynamic environment that emphasizes safety, dignity, and independence for those served.

Edina, Minnesota Hours:

M-F 8:00am - 6:00pm Responsibilities Assist residents or clients with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Support individuals with medication reminders Observe health status changes, reporting any concerns to office Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being Help with meal preparation Provide standby assistance with mobility needs Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping duties Support residents with activities designed to enhance social engagement and cognitive function Incidental transportation when necessary for appointments or outings in accordance with safety guidelines Experience Prior experience in senior care, assisted living, or nursing home environments preferred Experience working with individuals with dementia (Alzheimer's care, memory care) is highly desirable Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (Insurance) for transportation duties Candidates should demonstrate patience, adaptability, strong communication skills, and a genuine desire to improve the lives of those they serve. Pay:
