Job Description

Grattan HealthCare is hiring a Support Worker (SW) to provide care for clients in the Brainerd/Baxter area — and we'd love to have you on our team! Why This Role Might Be Perfect for
You:
You'll provide one-on-one, in-home care that truly matters — all while helping improve the quality of life for others!
Current open shifts:
Weekdays, earlier morning to afternoon (shifts are worked out directly with each client based on their availability and yours).
Minimum Requirements:
Must be able to pass a criminal background study Must have or complete a
CFSS/PCA
Certificate upon hire (we can help with that!) Must have reliable transportation to get to our client's home (our clients depend on your dependability!) Must have a clean driving record What are the job tasks? Helping the client with basic Activities of Daily Living, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing, light housekeeping, or enrichment activities. What are the Grattan Perks?
