Available Positions:

We have a variety of roles available, including direct support professionals (DSPs), caregivers, administrative positions, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and social and community engagement. Support individuals with developmental disabilities in their routines and social interactions. Follow individualized care plans that cater to each client's unique needs. Maintain a safe and clean environment, following health and safety guidelines. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and other caregivers to provide well-rounded support. Provide cueing, guidance, supervision, and training to help clients complete self-care tasks. Encourage clients in setting and achieving personalized health and wellness goals. Implement positive support strategies to enhance clients' overall well-being.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trusting relationships Physical ability to assist clients, including occasional lifting A compassionate, patient, and understanding approach Willingness to undergo background checks as required Active Driver's License and owned car Ready to Make a Difference?
