Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Caregiver to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals of all ages, including children, toddlers, infants, and persons with disabilities. In this vital role, you will create a safe, nurturing environment while promoting independence and well-being. Duties Assist children and individuals with disabilities with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility to promote independence and comfort Provide specialized care for toddlers and infants, including feeding routines, diaper changing, sleep schedules, and developmental play Implement age-appropriate educational activities that foster learning, social skills, and emotional growth in young children Follow safety protocols by maintaining a clean environment, practicing proper hygiene, and administering first aid or CPR when necessary Support behavior management strategies to encourage positive interactions and developmentally appropriate behavior Adhere to mandated reporting laws by documenting concerns related to child or vulnerable adult safety and reporting them promptly to authorities Engage in youth programs teaching experience by facilitating activities that promote childhood development and early childhood education principles Qualifications Prior experience working with children across various settings such as daycare centers, preschools, babysitting, or nannying roles Knowledge of childhood development stages and early childhood education best practices Certification in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and First Aid is required; ongoing training preferred Demonstrated ability to work with individuals with disabilities with patience and understanding Familiarity with mandated reporting laws related to child protection and safety protocols Strong communication skills for teaching young children and collaborating with families or team members Experience in behavior management techniques suitable for young children and individuals with special needs Join us in creating a caring environment where every individual feels valued, supported, and empowered.
