Caregiver

Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care. The ideal candidate will have experience in various caregiving settings, including home health, assisted living, and long-term care. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by offering personalized care and support. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Monitor and document vital signs and changes in client health Prepare meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences. Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment. Assist with mobility needs Engage clients in social activities and cognitive exercises to promote mental well-being. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement effective care strategies. Skills First aid and CPR certification preferred. Strong patient observation skills to identify changes in health or behavior. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for client mobility assistance. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality. Experience with meal preparation and cooking for diverse dietary needs. Familiarity with patient monitoring techniques and vital sign assessment. Compassionate approach towards caregiving, particularly for seniors or individuals with disabilities. Ability to create and follow detailed care plans tailored to individual client needs.
