AHL HealthCare Group is hiring Awake Overnight Direct Support Professionals! We seek deeply compassionate, dedicated individuals to join our team as Awake Overnight Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). Compensation:
$17.50 - $19.00/hour depending on driving status and location hired for
Hours of Position:
Full-time/Part-time Awake overnight shift, 11 pm - 7 am
Location:
Duluth, MN 55803 We are hiring Overnight DSPs for program(s) located on the outskirts of Duluth
Typical Job Duties:
Although clients are typically asleep during the overnight hours, typical job duties include: Assist with personal cares, activities of daily living, grooming, cooking, cleaning, and laundry Demonstrate positive and supportive behavior with the clients and coworkers Medication administration, documentation Work independently and problem-solve effectively Administer basic first aid as needed Socialize with residents and participate in activities with them
Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older Ability to pass a MN DHS background study Every other weekend availability required
