Description 1:1 Personal Care Assistant / PCA (Andover, MN) Job type 8am-Noon (Every Sat. and/or Every Sun.) Overview Providing 1:1 care in a loving home. Description We are looking for a compassionate Personal Care Assistant to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patient's homes in accordance with an established care plan. Responsibilities Provide health care services in patient's residence with: Dressing Bathing Grooming Toileting Mobility, Transfers & Positioning Eating Skills and Requirements Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards Proficiency in English Caring and compassionate personality Helpful Skills Proven working experience as Personal Care Assistant including bathing and toileting. Health care administration skills
