Full Job Description Job Title:

Caregiver•Overnight (NOC Shift, PT)

Pay:

$17.00•24.00/hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Shifts:

10p-6a (every other weekend required) About the role English Rose caregivers provide overnight care in small residential care homes offering assisted living and memory care in Edina and Minnetonka. With a 1:6 staff-to-resident ratio, you'll have the time and support to focus on resident safety, comfort, and meaningful care. Responsibilities Provide overnight care and monitor resident well-being Assist with evening and morning routines Light housekeeping and preparing for the day ahead Document care notes clearly and accurately Team support If a caregiver is unavailable, leadership or another caregiver steps in to maintain the 1:3 ratio during the day and 1:6 ratio during the overnight shift. Caregivers also have access to 24/7 nurse support for resident care needs. Qualifications HHA, PCA, CNA, or RA experience preferred Dementia care experience preferred (training provided) Compassionate, dependable, strong communicator Must be fluent in English with strong verbal communication and written documentation skills Able to lift 50 lbs and remain active during shifts
