As a dedicated caregiver, you will deliver personalized assistance and ensure safety and comfort for your clients every day. This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to bring positivity and professional expertise to home health and community care settings. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene. Monitor patient health by reporting changes to healthcare professionals. Support clients with mobility using proper patient transfer methods Prepare meals tailored to dietary needs and assist with meal planning and cooking. Maintain accurate care plans, document patient observations, and update progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment to promote overall well-being. Requirements Proven experience working with individuals in senior care environments such as assisted living or nursing homes. Knowledge of patient observation techniques. Certifications in CPR, First Aid, and HIPAA compliance are highly preferred.
