Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities and personal care. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being. Implement individualized care plans and monitor client progress. Facilitate social and recreational activities to promote engagement. Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients. Document client care and report any changes in condition to supervisors. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Adhere to all policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality of care.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; further education in healthcare is a plus. Experience in direct support or caregiving preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compassionate and patient demeanor towards clients. Basic first aid and CPR certification is advantageous. Must pass background checks and drug screenings. Reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
