At Alee you would be a Direct Support Staff that assists people with disabilities and mental in moving forward in life. Each person you would work with has specific goals and things they need assistance in during the day to remain in independent living or gain independent living skills. There is a healthy balance of working on goals in their home or at the Alee office. You would doing fun things at the Alee Center and in the Community. We are looking for someone that is reliable, team player, positive person that is easy to work with and loves helping others. You must pass a background check, have a valid DL with insurance on your vehicle as you will be transporting individuals. You will get reimbursed mileage.
