Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Person for Home Care services to support daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office functionality. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to managing office tasks. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a compassionate home care environment by providing efficient clerical support and exceptional customer service. Duties Maintain organized filing systems, ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information at all times. Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications. Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks, including invoicing, billing, and expense tracking. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally. Personal assistant or office management experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided as needed.
