We support our clients to remain independent and live at home by providing a workforce that is compassionate, skilled, and dependable. Safeway is currently looking for a full-time Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work with a small group of clients throughout the Twin Cities metro.
WEEKLY SCHEDULE
Monday:
9:00 AM-5:00
PM Tuesday:
9:00 AM-5:30
PM Wednesday:
12:00 PM-5:00
PM Thursday:
9:00 AM-5:30
PM Friday:
9:00 AM-5:00
PM Saturday:
4 hours in the afternoon
Sunday:
Off Approximately 40 hours per week. Travel time between Minneapolis, St. Paul, Eden Prairie, and Burnsville is built into the schedule.
CLIENT A
•Minneapolis | 9 hours/week
Monday:
12:30 PM-5:00
PM Friday:
12:30 PM-5:00 PM Support includes: Medical and community appointments Weekly swimming outing Organization, reminders, and daily living support Maintaining schedules and appointments Community participation and companionship
CLIENT B
•St. Paul | 5 hours/week
Wednesday:
12:00 PM-5:00 PM Support includes: Employment and job-search support Housing search Transportation to interviews, appointments, and activities Community participation and building social connections
CLIENT C
•Eden Prairie | 8 hours/week
Tuesday:
1:30 PM-5:30
PM Thursday:
1:30 PM-5:30 PM Support includes: Physical activities such as walking, basketball, and going to the gym Daily living skills and routines Community activities Consistent, structured one-on-one support Communication with family and the care team
CLIENT D
•Burnsville | 8 hours/week
Tuesday:
9:00 AM-1:00
PM Thursday:
9:00 AM-1:00 PM Support includes: Household management and organization Memory and scheduling support Medical appointments and shopping Community activities Activities such as art, crafts, and gardening Supporting independence and maintaining routines
CLIENT E
•St. Paul | 10 hours/week
Monday:
9:00 AM-12:00
PM Friday:
9:00 AM-12:00
PM Saturday:
4 hours in the afternoon Support includes: Daily routines and household-related tasks Shopping and money management Transportation and medical appointments Community activities Housing search and applications Memory and safety support Supporting independence and personal goals
