Cloud . Job Responsibilities New client starts-fill-ins, so new clients can start right away until a regular, on-going care pro is trained in with the client. Last-minute call off's (you will fill in) Be a resource/mentor for other care pro's Participate in planning & executing quarterly meetings Perform supervised visits with care pro's in clients home Perform care pro introductions and personal skills training in the clients home. Companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation Medication reminders, running errands, transportation to appointments Assisting with activities of daily living and specialized Alzheimer's/Dementia care Requirements Treat clients with dignity and respect Must have 3 years experience and a CNA certificate Be available on short notice Completely open availability Weekend availability/must have open availability every other weekend Effective communication skills Must pass background check Valid driver's license and auto insurance/reliable transportation Must be 21 or older Compliance with State of Minnesota regulations, DMV check, and drug screening.
