Position Overview:

As a Part-Time Home Health Aide at Westview Health INC, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents. This position requires flexibility to work within a structured schedule that includes morning, afternoon, and overnight shifts. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting residents with daily living activities, ensuring their safety and well-being, and enhancing their overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

Resident Care:

Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.

Health Monitoring:

Observe and report changes in residents' conditions, check vital signs, and assist with medication reminders when needed.

Safety:

Maintain a safe and clean environment by following infection control procedures and adhering to safety protocols, including HIPAA compliance.

Documentation:

Accurately record care notes, observations, and incidents while maintaining confidentiality.

Communication:

Work closely with residents, families, and team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.

Support Services:

Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and engaging residents in social and recreational activities.

Regulatory Compliance:

Follow all company policies and Minnesota state regulations governing assisted living services.

Qualifications:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required. CNA certification or similar preferred.

Experience:

Previous experience in caregiving, home health, or healthcare is a plus.

Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and transfer residents safely. Comfortable standing, walking, and bending for extended periods. Capable of handling both the physical and emotional demands of caregiving.

PM Compensation:

$1,800•$2,200
