We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable staff to join our team in supporting a Hmong-speaking client in Saint Paul , MN.

Position Summary:

The ICLS Staff will provide personalized support to a client in both their home and the community. This role focuses on fostering independence, ensuring safety, and assisting with daily living needs while engaging the client in meaningful community activities.

Key Responsibilities:

 Provide Active Cognitive Support to assist the client with memory, problem- solving, and decision-making.  Deliver Adaptive Support Services tailored to the client's individual needs.  Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including meal preparation, grocery shopping, errands, and other daily tasks.  Provide Household Management Assistance, including light housekeeping, laundry, and organization.  Support Health, Safety, and Wellness needs, including medication reminders, pharmacy pickups, monitoring, and encouragement.  Promote Community Living Engagement through outings, social activities, and participation in community events.

Qualifications:

 Must be 18 years or older.  Must be Bilingual Hmong and English (client is Hmong-speaking only).  Must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.  Ability to work during daytime hours based on client's schedule.  Previous caregiving, ICLS, or related experience preferred (orientation and training will be provided).  Dependable, compassionate, and committed to client-centered care.

Schedule:

 Part-time, 20 hours every two weeks.  Daytime shifts.
