Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide essential support and personalized care to individuals in their own homes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in home health, senior care, or community care, with a focus on enhancing clients' quality of life through attentive and respectful assistance. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference by supporting clients with daily activities and tasks. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with meal planning and cooking. Maintain a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping tasks. Provide emotional support and companionship. Assist with transportation for medical appointments or community activities. Requirements Prior experience working in group homes, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home health environments is preferred. Training is provided for the knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer's care, memory care. Good communication skills for effective client interaction and documentation of care plans. Every other weekend including Friday, Saturday and Sunday - 2-4 hr shifts, morning and/ or evening. Valid driver's license and insurance. $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
