Base starting pay:

$17.50/hour- Standard base rate Eligible employees receive a starting bonus!! •New employee starting bonuses to be paid after 90 days of employment: Part-time positions: $125.00 Overview The Community Support Specialist/Direct Support Professional works 1:1 with semi-independent individuals with disabilities in their homes and local communities across the Minnesota Iron Range and surrounding communities. The position will support independent living and daily task management through , promoting community involvement and facilitating leisure activities. This position offers a high level of independent working, decision making and flexible schedule management based on client needs. •Drivers license and personal vehicle is required, must meet the driving requirements and criteria acceptable to NHS Northstar's insurance carrier (paid mileage reimbursement available). Multiple locations in the following communities: Hibbing (Shift available: Thursday 8a-6pm, every other Friday 8am-4pm) Virginia (Shifts vary, including every other weekend) Grand Rapids (Shifts vary, available: 8am-8pm Mon-Friday, every other weekend 10am-6pm) Available time types : Part-Time Full-Time - Grand Rapids, MN only Available shifts options: Mornings Days Afternoons Overnights Weekend options Qualifications Experience/Education/Training High School Diploma or GED is preferred Regulatory Requirements/Licensure Valid Driver's License Department of Human Services Background Check Must meet the driving requirements and criteria acceptable to NHS Northstar's insurance carrier NHS Northstar is proud to offer the ultimate employee benefit: Company Ownership .
