Essential Responsibilities Provide expert assistance with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, mobility support, and therapeutic meal preparation Deliver professional companionship and emotional support, creating meaningful connections that combat isolation and promote mental wellness Execute safe patient transfers and mobility assistance using proper body mechanics and assistive devices Maintain detailed, accurate documentation of client observations, health changes, and care provided Safely manage medication reminders and coordinate with healthcare providers for medical appointments Implement individualized care plans with particular expertise in dementia care, chronic conditions, and post-hospitalization support Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA compliance and maintain absolute client confidentiality Facilitate engaging activities that promote cognitive stimulation, physical activity, and social interaction Professional Requirements Minimum 2+ years of professional caregiving experience in home health, assisted living, or clinical settings Demonstrated expertise in dementia/Alzheimer's care techniques and behavioral management Current CPR and First Aid certification(we will provide reimbursement if needed) Proven track record of building trust with clients and families Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with healthcare team collaboration experience Strong critical thinking abilities to assess situations and respond appropriately to emergencies Physical capability to assist with transfers, mobility, and personal care tasks Clean background check, drug screening, and professional references required Reliable transportation and flexible scheduling availability including weekends What Sets Our Team Apart Competitive compensation reflecting your expertise and dedication Comprehensive benefits package and professional development opportunities Manageable caseloads allowing you to provide quality, unhurried care Ongoing training in advanced care techniques and industry best practices Supportive team environment with 24/7 clinical backup
