What you'll do: Transporting individuals to appointments and activities. Assisting individuals with daily living and hygiene tasks such as feeding, bathing, shaving, dressing and other related tasks. Observing, reporting and recording changes in the physical condition, behavior response and emotional status of individuals. Participating in activities with the individuals such as shopping, walks, picnics, going to the movies and other activities. Reporting to work on time and as scheduled. Requires lifting and the ability to stand for extended periods of time. Other duties as assigned. All you'll need for success:

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be 18 years old. Possession of a high school diploma or proof of high school equivalency. Must possess a valid driver's license and car insurance. CPR Certified Pass a background screening.

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to work with individuals with physical or mental illness, intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities and/or the geriatric populations. Ability to learn first aid, emergency treatments, behavioral interventions, and techniques, as trained. Ability to prepare and maintain records/charts.
