Job Overview NalaCare Home Health is hiring compassionate and dependable caregivers to provide non-medical support to clients in their homes. Caregivers help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent while treating them with dignity and respect. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Prepare simple meals and assist with light housekeeping Provide companionship and emotional support Help with grocery shopping, errands, and transportation to appointments Assist with laundry and maintaining a clean living environment Encourage clients to participate in daily activities and remain as independent as possible Accurately document services provided during each visit Report any changes in a client's condition or concerns to the office Qualifications Compassionate, dependable, and patient Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and auto insurance Ability to pass a background check Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required; training is provided Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds Ability to assist clients with mobility as needed Ability to perform household tasks during scheduled visits NalaCare Home Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is currently hiring multiple full-time and part-time caregivers.
