Job Overview Still Waters Senior Care is a locally owned in home senior care company dedicated to helping older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. We believe quality care is about more than completing tasks. It's about building relationships, providing dependable support, and treating every client with kindness, patience, and respect. We are looking for compassionate and dependable Part Time In Home Caregivers to join our growing team. Care is provided in clients' homes throughout Jefferson City and surrounding areas. Shifts and hours may vary based on client needs and caregiver availability. Responsibilities Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility as needed Provide dementia and Alzheimer's support and redirection Prepare meals and assist with mealtime routines Provide medication reminders Perform light housekeeping, laundry, dishes, and basic household tasks Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and social outings as needed Provide respite and support for family caregivers Follow each client's individualized care plan and company policies Accurately document care and communicate important observations or changes Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for each client Qualifications Compassionate, patient, dependable, and trustworthy Comfortable working independently in clients' homes Strong communication skills with clients, families, and our team Willing to follow individualized care plans and company policies Reliable and committed to scheduled shifts Able to safely assist with everyday mobility and personal care needs when required Previous senior care, dementia care, home care, assisted living, or related experience is preferred but not required Must successfully pass a background check before employment Join Our Team We are proud to be a small, locally owned company where our caregivers are a valued part of our team.
