Job Description

Gina's DayCare Learning Academy in Osage Beach is currently seeking caring, reliable, and motivated caregivers to join our team. We are committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment where children can grow academically, socially, and emotionally, while building strong and respectful relationships with the families we serve. Position Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old Ability to pass a background check Reliable and consistent attendance
Schedule:
Monday through Friday Hours of operation: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM No weekends
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and support age-appropriate activities that promote all areas of child development Lead daily classroom routines in a structured, engaging, and responsive way Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming classroom environment Encourage positive behavior, social skills, and emotional growth through consistent guidance Observe and document children's development and communicate with families on progress and milestones Use hands-on materials to keep children actively engaged in learning Provide individualized support to help each child build confidence and independence Participate in required trainings and ongoing professional development to meet state licensing standards
