About Cedar Family Care Cedar Family Care Missouri LLC is a licensed, non-medical home care agency serving older adults and individuals who need additional support in their homes throughout the Greater St. Louis region. We are building a team of compassionate, dependable caregivers who believe quality care should be personal, respectful, and consistent. CNA certification is a plus, but experienced Home Care Aides and caregivers are also encouraged to apply. This is a W-2 employee position What You'll Do Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other activities of daily living Assist with mobility, repositioning, and transfers Safely assist with Hoyer lift/mechanical lift transfers when required by the client's care plan Provide medication reminders within the scope of non-medical care Prepare light meals and assist with feeding as needed Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, dishes, and maintaining a safe living environment Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction Accompany clients to appointments or errands when assigned Follow individualized care plans and client preferences Document care provided during each visit Promptly report changes in a client's condition, behavior, or needs to the appropriate supervisor What We're Looking For CNA certification or previous experience as a Home Care Aide, Personal Care Aide, or Caregiver Experience using a Hoyer lift or other mechanical transfer equipment preferred Comfortable assisting clients with mobility and transfers Compassionate, patient, reliable, and professional Strong communication and interpersonal skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass required background screening Ability to meet Missouri Family Care Safety Registry requirements CPR/First Aid certification preferred, or willingness to obtain Ability to follow care plans and safety procedures Availability for assigned shifts, which may include evenings, weekends, or holidays What We Offer $16.00-$18.00 per hour W-2 employment with applicable taxes withheld Flexible scheduling based on your availability and client needs Supportive and responsive team Thoughtful client matching whenever possible Meaningful one-on-one work with clients and families Cedar Family Care Missouri LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
